No, 'cause pretty much every single one you see now is from the same founding stock (no exports from Aussie you know?).
But there are nicer Bredli and there are uglier (if you can even call them that) Bredli.
As for wild Bredli, maybe some of the Aussie guys can answer that, as maybe they've come across them in nature.

2 bloodlines in US
There are actually 2 bloodlines most people are working with & the one is much nicer than the other IMO. Don't quote me but I think the one line is Lazik & the other is ______? Jeff ask Don Patterson he'll be able to provide the info here. Mark

I'll ask him. He's an elusive bugger though. Even though he just lives down the road. LOL!

Don might know the answer about the 2 bloodlines... have to wait and see on that one I guess.
The other thing to keep in mind though is that bredli develop their colour as they mature -- as babies, they're pretty brown... the red doesn't come in until later. Maybe that's what you've seen? Although of course, there's going to be variation in colour between adults as well -- some are going to be amazing, and some are going to be so-so.

Yes it is Casey Lazik (sp?) & Doug Price. The Lazik line being (IMHO & that of most others inluding the Man DP) the nicer (redder) of the 2 & the Price line being a duller brownish in comparision. We are talking about what is available here in North America, but the Aussies may have some different input as stated by JF. THX to Kyle Kunimoto for the info orginally provided by DP, Mark

I thought they were Lazik, but again don't quote me, might have things mixed up. Mark

OK after talking to Kyle again & also Don I think I got it straight now. I misquoted them as to the lineage, Kyle has both & I got screwed up. Anyhow Don's are the same line as Doug Price as Scott has stated. They are the ones that Kyle stated he likes best & of the ones he has & has seen the Price line is the nicer in his opinion as they are redder. Don said that both lines produce some great stuff, but he does have the same line as Price ; ) Also said was the Lazik line is more "popular" not because its nicer, but the Lazik name is out there more often then the Price name it seems.
Anyhow disreguard what I said before because I had it all arse backwards DOH! The problem is that some of the specimens around have gone thru a few sets of hands & its hard to keep up with all the trades. The one Lazik Kyle has went Brad M, Henry P, Ty S to Kyle & there are a few other Laziks floating around available in Western Canada right now also too. Hard to keep up with who's from who & who's got what sometimes LOL Mark
