Amazon question

Hey everyone,

how often would you gise feed a 5.5' male amazon tree boa? Also, should you feed males less often than females to keep them slim, or does it not matter?

Thanks,
Ben

I would feed him every 10-14 days. That's what I feed mine.
Arboreals tree boas have very slow metabolisims. If kept too warm and fed too often the food can actually decompose before it is deigested.
Cheers,
Trevor

Always go by this rule. Feed prey equal to the snakes largest girth. IMO.
