The most commonly known Norse things would be the Vikings. But there is a lot more to Norse culture and history than just Vikings
Yup, full contact medieval swordfighting http://www.sca.org if you'd like more info. My website has links to my household page as well as all my herp stuff among other things

My father is Askjel and does great silverwork, he is the one responcible for showing me the SCA. Just took up the fine art of hang gliding last spring. Besides that blues, listening to it on the stereo and as many live shows as I can get to. Trying to convince myself to learn how to swim this winter, at 49 figure it's about time.

Well, as far as animals go, I'm into my lizards....I also breed fish, and spend alot of time learning of diseases, and habitats of certain fish.
Non-animal related:
I'm a computer junkie.
Have 2 daughters and love doing things with them.
Love to hike and mountain bike.
Weightlift( purely hobby)
Working on learning more bout cars (working on hubby's baby)
list is endless
