Transportation

Hey. A person i know is wondering how to transport thier baby corn. Im not sure how long the trip is going to be but i assume at least an hour. I suggested a shoebox or something cuase it is dark and they would feel safer, and that if the trip was fairly long, to bring the thermo to make sure the temps are not too high, for too long.

is this advice right? or is there a better way?

I just use a deli cup to transport baby snakes...If it's in your car they should be fine because you can check on them and make sure it's not two hot...If you leave the car take them with so they don't over heat.

If their will be any exposure to extreme temperatures, its best to transport the snake in a deli cup in a styrofoam cooler. It will help to stabilize the air temps.
