1st of all, welcome to the forum! Wait a little longer and if they're dead you will understand. BTW from what i can see in this small picture your substrate is way tooooo dry. Post a bigger pic. If you don't know how: go to your gallery then open this picture, right click on it, copy the url, go to your post, hit the IMG tab and paste the url. From what i see it seems that you could save them.

You can boost the humidity in the substrate by spraying it, but you can also place a piece of moist paper towel over each egg for a few days until they fill out again.
