Finally got him sexed....about a year old now...30+ inches...He is really putting on some weight lately. More weight than length. Only feeding him once per week, so he is just filling out. But Anyways! thought I'd share.
This is the most predictable snake I have ever met....friendly as a dog, even with kids...but god forbid you forget to wash your hands after getting near mice then holding him....in that case...he musks every single time. Tried it out a few times to see if he woud "spray" me everytime, and yep...no strikes though...just musking LOL.
I love cal kings {they were the first snake we ever bred }They always feed, a bit flighty and nervous as hatchlings but calm right down as adults.You got to love em!!!
