Corn snake's tongue flicking sideways?

Is this normal? She'll flick her tongue to the left, then to the right? She'll still flick it straight, but I was wondering if this was normal behavior?

Re: Corn snake's tongue flicking sideways?

It's normal. The tongue has a fork so they pick scent particles from various angles and track down prey. Corns are active hunters, afterall.
