Well considering your country I would expect better english in your post. Very difficult to read to say the least.
As for your question. Thats fine. Not too big.

How often are you feeding? Its possible that with a larger prey he is not hungry as often, i feed mine every 14-21 days

You don't have to apologise for your English. It's a snake forum not an english lesson. So what if you don't use full stops. I read it fine. Yes that seems fine I feed mine every 14days

Terranaut that was fairly rude.. Not everyone has a good education and can read or spell well.
Snake_ghost just offer prey slightly larger than the widest part of your royal. I don't weight my prey so I am unsure of the weight. When you start feeding larger prey you snake can go longer periods without wanting to eat. Its ok, just offer every 2 weeks instead of every week if he refuses a few times.

I wasn't being rude. I thought it was tough to read. I answered the question just the same. Sorry if you were insulted. Periods work wonders.

Eh...I'd agree. I know it's not an "English lesson" but some basic grammar and spelling helps those who have to read it. If you're online, I expect as such.
Not at anyone in particular but overall.

Spelling I don't care about. Sentences with periods to break it up is all I ask of people. If you can figure out how to maintain humidity and temps for a royal, you should be able to hit the "." key whenever you need to take a breath. I didn't mean to offend the op , but I found it funny that the British guy had bad english.

Re: 45-50 gram weaner rat to big.....?
Like I said its still readable. I'm sure there is people in your country with bad spelling and grammar, even there first language. Being English does not make you spell great. People have different strengths and weaknesses. But shouldn't be intimidated when they want to talk about there snakes.
