First off, a very very skinny one... that little guy is either very sick, or very dehydrated & hungry... there's no way his tail should be that skinny.
Secondly, it's very hard to tell what morph it is from that picture -- it's really dark, and doesn't show his colour very well. Depending on his actual body colour, he could be either a normal, a high yellow, or a pastel.
Whatever he is though, he definitely needs some TLC, and probably a visit to the vet...

I agree with Clownfishie, that poor leo definitely looks sick. He needs immediate vet attention as he's obviously not getting the nutrients he needs...

I'd just like to point out for them that the leo in the picture is actually a rescue...it is not being neglected.
Anyway, I'd say it could be a high yellow, reduced pattern at least. But when it beefs up you could get a surprise!
How's it doing now anyway?

Glad to hear that he's getting the care that he needs now Good job... have you taken him into the vet yet, or at least gotten a fecal done just in case? It might not just be neglect that's gotten him so skinny...
Be sure to keep us updated on how he's doing, and if you could get us some better pics that show his colour a little better we can help ID him for you
