Questions regarding a Rosy Boa

Cheers everyone! I'm new to the community, and I've just recently acquired a Rosy Boa that was living in a disgusting tank, and may possibly be sick. I've had Kings, Milks, and Corns, but I have never have seen some of the things on them that I have on this Rosy. To start with it feels a bit thin, or like it's skin is a bit loose, as if it lost a bunch of weight, and the skin never returns to being taut. These things may just be the distinctions of this reptile, but I am not sure. I have included some pictures if you have an opinion that could help this snake out, or debunk my thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a picture of him, he is 4years old.

In this picture in between the scales it is a bit dirty. It's hard to see from a cell phone camera, but the scales look spaced or dirty? - He was in an enclosure with feces, and urine so I don't know whether to chalk this up to that or something worse. I do not see any ticks/mites of any kind.

Here on his belly it has black markings that none of my other snakes seem to have, Again is this anything to be alarmed over, or is my inexperience with this species written all over me?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
