Re: Not a herp but my new pet
Make sure the snakes are locked up while you have him out, that bird would make a tasty snack

Re: Not a herp but my new pet
Mike's adorable! I have a yellow-sided green cheek conure and an African grey parrot. I never really thought of myself as a bird person, but I fell in love with the baby conure at the pet store (he is trained really well and loves to sit on my shoulder and snuggle into my neck), and the African grey was an adoption from a friend's grandma. I love them both though and they're so much fun.
Birds are great pets and can be very interactive. Just be careful not to teach him any bad words...YouTube is littered with videos of cussing birds! lol.
