Here are 2 of the many Italian wall lizards living in my yard and the yards in my neighborhood. Cool little guys indeed. They eat flies, bees and anything else with more than four legs. It is amazing how fast they are when catching food. They are very varanid like.
These guys are also sexually dimorphic.

Love the green on them. I had no idea we had these guys here. I would guess where Im at there might be too many cats around, as Ive never seen them in the park across the street from my house. Ill definitely be keeping a closer eye out now though.
