New Guy From PA
Hello everyone. I found this forum by chance and it seemed like a friendly and helpful place. My name is Dave and I'm from northeastern Pennsylvania. I've had all sorts of snakes at some point in my life. Right now my focus is on a new make coastal carpet.

Re: New Guy From PA
We have a few Carpet keepers here, give it time.
Meanwhile, could you give us an idea how you have it set up.
Temperatures, light cycles and humidity can play a role in feeding response, or it may be going into shed..

Herping is pretty nice around my area. This hit weather has made it a little tough.

Re: New Guy From PA
If your still having problems feeding him. This what I did to get my bull snake to eat (I couldn't get him to eat for 2 months or so) I cut off a couple little pieces off a mouse so the scent was stronger I held it by his face so he could smell then I put it by him he went right after it.
