getting ready to build a BIG O'l cage for Godzilla

Okay so I'm going to build his last enclosure, just wondering if using new wood from the local hardware store is going to be okay or if I should let it sit out this winter to age some before using it?

Use new wood, The old stuff I used had warped from age, making the job twice as difficult as it needed to be.

As lumber dries out it distorts.

That's why lumber yards liquidate materials that have been on the shelves for too long.

sound good,
Godzilla is passing 28" now and is starting to make his cage look small.
I really need to get some more pics of him.
