....... Look what Samola has gone and done, she`s managed to squeeze in-between the heatguard. Turned the moon light off, look`s like i`v more DIY to do today.

One of my corns squeezed through the gap at the top of the heat guard where the wire for the light went through when it was a young 'un, found him in the morning at the bottom of the heat guard curled up asleep - thought he would probably eb dead from the heat, unscrewed the guard and he kinda looked at me as if to say "what you doing disturbing my new house?"

I`v added a new moon bulb, not the same shape as the last one and that`s given the guard more le-way to secure it to the top of the viv.

So she should be fine now. As you all know i`am new with snakes so i`v a lot to learn. I`am glad i`am a member at this site with you guys to help guide me

My big jungle old cage had a heat light. She wrapped around it when it was off and twisted it till the cord broke then try to get out the hole and got stuck. Came home to find her head and about 5 inches of her body threw the hole.

wow hope she don`t do that...... don`t think i`v an escape artist just yet .......... i can leave her viv door open and she won`t come out ( well yet )

Think i`ll fling a couple of rivets in just incase though

New cage just have a 8 inch flo light screw into the top front of cage. no hole big enough for even my littlest snake to escape out of. She was always find some way to escape her old cage.
