Respratory question

I was reading on respratory infection and the book never said if was contageous. If the snake is weezing then you turn up the temprature but they don't specify how high. Can someone fill in the blanks please!!

I was reading up on Boas and respratory infection, I want to be able to have the answers so I can help anyone who needs the information...lets just say I'm tryong to be as helpfull as you are to me.

Yes RI's are contagious. Treatment of RI's though are different depending on species of snake. For instance, you can try and burn it out of a BCI with a 115 degree hot spot, but try that with a rainbow boa and you will kill it. Hope this helped
