starting your own business

does any one here have any experience with starting their own business? i'v already started a savings acount to save money for my own pet store though i know this wont be happening for quite a few years. im hoping to get a grant to help out. i really dont know any thing about starting a business so any information or websites would be great, thanks for any help.

I'd check the Maryland gov't and your town websites for rules and regulations. It's so different in every state, province and even town, you'd probably get the most accurate info right from the lawmaker's sites.
I don't know how easy it is to get a grant where you live, but I do know where I am it would be a miracle to get one to open a pet store.

my friend happen to buy a local pet store from the guy running it they took two weeks to learn everything and now the previous owner is just retired how lucky can a guy get.
