My ratsnake got out once and was crawling across the middle of my floor luckily. I've heard some horror stories of escaped snakes, getting into computer fans, car engines, heating appliances, cooking appliances.... I'd put some heat pads down and look around the warm spots, maybe put a little cage with a few mice on the ground, one time my pictus gecko got out and I had just bought some crickets and they were in the bag, I threw them on the ground while I thawed out some mice and while I was getting warm water the pictus was attacking the plastic bag.
I've had the most luck finding things in my closet, which is always open because I have a book shelf in there. But looking under things and in corners and tight spots would be best. Make sure to check all your clothes that go in the washing machine!!!!

All corns like to climb, Check the high places too. If you live in an area where the weather is cooler. Definately check areas that are warm. Try leaving a water source available in an area where you can see it, she will be attracted to it when she gets thirsty.
Good Luck

My suggestion, as always...is to wait it out! Works for me. All the suggestions above are worth trying though, so give them a shot too. Don't worry if he doesn't show up the first day...he WILL eventually

Take a 2L coke bottle, stuff a pinky in it. Place a heat pad under the coke bottle and put it in the room where you last saw the snake, preferably near the wall. The snake will go into the bottle, eat the pinky and then is too fat/lazy to get out and just curl up in there.
Also, if your floor is not carpeted, you could sprinkle talcum powder or cornstarch all over the floor so you can track the snake's movements.
Good luck finding your snake!

Best post yet. This topic comes up once a week or more so a quick search for the word escape or lost should give you some results.

you should get a container, (sterlite, ziploc, etc..) and put a hide in it water and a mouse (dead or alive) and turn off the lights and wait, the snake should come out eventually.

One of my youngsters escaped awhile ago.....
He was gone for about a week....then, I came downstairs one morning to find him in the mouse tank.
Only one mouse left out of about a dozen of various sizes. Fattest little snake you'll ever see. I didnt think the guy could eat that big yet.
So.....the mice suggestions above....I would say they are definately a good idea.
