frilled dragon cage

hey everyone, i am currently in the middle of building a frilled dragon cage. the approx measurements are 36" high X 24" long X 24" deep.......my questions are, will this be big enough for one frilled? he is still really small right now (i have him in a 10G aquarium) and i have carpenters mesh (i think that's what it's called) to use on the top......will the heat lamp be ok on this stuff? (i wont be putting anything high enough for him to scratch his body on it)

thnx,
sheldon and tori
