Help moving frogs

I have two little aqua frogs (dont know their proper name sorry). I am moving from Denver to Chicago. What is the best way to move these little guys ? I dont want to stress them too much. Thanks for any help !

Ok, I'm no expert, but I had a salamander I moved across states with... I simply put her in a deli cup with a moistened paper towel, (which I refreshed every so often to prevent her from dehydrating). Hope this helps, someone else will probably give you some more detailed advice. =)

P.S. I would separate the frogs and transport them in their own cups to prevent stress. =)
