Question slowed down beardie

Good ol'Oliver the gender confused beardie (her previous two sets of owners thought she was a male)is 4 years old and has slowed down this last month. She doesn't seem to have as much energy as she once did (we've had her for 5 months). She has slowed her eating and spends much more time in her cave than she used to. At night she normally slowed but would try to get in a favourite hide in our living room first. Now she sits on my chest all night until I put her back.

: Why the change in behaviour. I have all the right stuff, UV, a big tank, temps in parts of her tank range from 80-100 degrees at the hot spot.

: I'm probably just paranioid I really love the little bugger. Any thoughts?

It's spring, why would the dragon brumate?

She is probably just really horny and wants a mate. My male gets like this around springtime too, he wants to mate so bad!

not enough heat?

Someone on another post thought that it could be due to not getting heated up enough throughout the day because she is spending too much time in her hide away from the heat and hence isn't digesting her meals properly. I make sure she gets on her basking spot after eating her super though. I have a hard time believing that she's that stupid as she has shown suprising amounts of intelligence since we got her. The advise was to remove the hide. What do you think?

Could she be spoiled, I started hand feeding her and now she sort of waits for it. Her enthusiasm for eating is only 20% of what it was. She used to run 15 feet to grab a superworm, now she waits to be hand fed.

I should take her down to visit a male I know to strainten her out. I'm in no situation to take care of eggs though (small apartment).

I'm taking her to the vet tomorow. to make sure nothings wrong.
