Dark Irian Jaya
Had to share some pics of our chocolate beauty. This girl just kept getting darker and darker as she grew.
Hope you like...

Mardy- We paired her up, but never saw anything happen. She did shed around a week ago and we fired up the incubator. I doubt anything will happen, but it sure would be nice...

Cool!
Side note: Imagine an ALL-black Irian or Jungle Carpet??? That would be sooooo cool! I'm talking BLACK black. Like Lamproperltis niger or boeleni black!! That would be my favorite snake!!

Thanks for all the replies!
Jeff- I'd love to see an all black morelia (any of them!) If the black was anything like a Boeleni it would be unreal. That would become our favorite snake as well!!!!

I bred a pair of dark ones 2 years ago. The offspring have a purpleish
hew where the burgandy is. And very dark, I'll post some pictures soon.
Looks like a few eggs to me...

I'd say you are getting eggs in a couple of weeks.
Is she feeding? Is she basking or laying funny?
Like I said, I think you are going to get eggs from her.
So I will wish you luck.

Yasser - She is still taking food... She has been laying a little off centre but nothing dramatic. Since she shed she's been hanging out in her box most of the time....
Ya never know, sometimes it's best to be a little bit skeptical...
*fingers crossed*
