Bearded Dragons

When beards get older do they shed less often our's was like clockwork about every 6 or7 weeks its been 2 months and he gives no indication of starting yet.

Yes. Younger beardies will shed more often than older ones. Mainly because the younger one's grow more and eat more, therefore they need to shed more. Just keep feeding him, making sure he's eating and that his food is supplemented and he'll be fine.
