Forums time is not right?

I've have never run a forum or anything so I dont have a clue what is wrong with the time. I am assuming somewhere its not set to the proper region. I have my time set to -5 gmt in my forum settings but at 1:30 in the morning it says I posted at 8:30 pm

Now I'm Positive that my time Zone is -5GMT but I am also pretty positive that its 1:30 in the morning too?

I had the same problem, then I went and changed my time settings to GMT...for whatever reason the forum think GMT is your pc's clock.

The forums clock has to be set wrong or its not set to the right time zone.

I just fixed the time... its set on GMT - Eastern, everything should work now.
