they will move down the thread as less people open them. eventually the go *poof* why would you want to delete them anyway? worst case, you can edit a post, and just delete all you asked...

Well you see, there's no point in letting you delete a post. You only make a post if i's worth writing and if it is worth writing, then you wouldn't want to delete it Unless you make completely useless posts, then you shouldn't even want to delete them and if you make completely useless posts, then I suggest that you stop

Straight answer, you are not delegated the authority to delete a post. By hitting edit in the bottom left hand corner you can clear out anything you wrote, but a blank post will remain. Also straight answer, you would move up on the coolness scale if you posted in the correct threads. This should be under how to use, rather then the general.

Freaking Straight Answer: You cannot delete your posts! Why? Because there is no function to allow you to do so. If you have any more questions contact a moderator.
Cheers,
Ryan

You used to be able to delete posts but that feature was removed because people that replied to your post would lose their posts as well, which caused the administration to get email saying "hey where did my post go and why did my post count go down?"
