My .GIF Avatar isn't moving..

I copied it and put it as my Avatar, but it doesn't move, what did I do wrong?? Any ideas?

I checked it with my GIF animator, and it's just one picture from the looks of it. Was it animated when you saved it from wherever it was? Sometimes you only get the first frame if it's not moving at the time it's saved.

Yeah, it moved when I copied it, although when I hit save as I can't be sure if it was actually moving.. I saved about 3 or 4... I'll check them, but they must be actually moving when I hit the save button? is there an easier way? lol seems like rocket science!
