ok i am thinking of aybe getting a group of 1.2 african fat tailed geckos to breed i am wondering if i shoul get proven ones or ones tha have not been bred. Any other ideas would be appreciated

you can do either, leave him in or not. When I find my females arnt getting any eggs I will take the male put for a week or two and then put him in again. It seems to get him "horny" and he goes nuts the second he is back in there.

Whether to buy proven adults of babies is personal preference I think. Personally, I like to buy new additions as young as I can. That way I am totally aware of thier complete history should I ever have any problems or anything. That and I think it's a little more rewarding to raise something from a baby.
