This poor beast took a beating somewhere, we found him at the dens yesterday. I am surprised how resilient they are when it comes to injuries.

He was a bit of a mess at one time, he looks like he took a good gash to the side as well. I have other pics of him in my gallery, but the damn grass was in the way of good shots, and he was too firey to hold it out of the way. He is a grumpy old bugger, but rightly so.

May have been a bird when he was younger. They are notorious for head shots. Then again, cats do a great deal of damage as well. Only he knows for sure.
