have you all heard any barking from your crested? mine were climbing around the other day and one fell on the other and they both were startled and made a barking type of noise. it sounded very cool.
Very common behaviour in cresties. They will bark or squeak in alarm or sometimes as an aggressive display. As adults, its normal for a fair amount of vocalizing during courtship and breeding.
