(CNN) -- The same company making the world's biggest cookie Saturday in Flat Rock, North Carolina, has announced that the world's largest glass of milk will tag along to the big cookie event.
Washing down the competition, the glass will hold 4,000 gallons.
Immaculate Baking Company is holding the event to benefit the Folk Artist's Foundation (FAF). Proceeds go toward the construction of the FAF Museum.
"This event has become a national tribute to folk art and folk artists," said Scott Blackwell, the cookie company's president and CEO, in a press release. "Let's just hope nobody falls in while dunking!"
If Saturday's event goes as planned, the immense cookie will be 100 feet in diameter or, as the cookie company's press release points out, the size of a basketball court, 1/3 of a football field, the length of a blue whale, length of a Boeing 737 or the width of the stage at Radio City Music Hall.
A structureless oven using convective heat to bake the gigantic cookie will be used at the event. It will take approximately five to six hours to bake, according to the press release.
Afterward, the cookie will be cut and sold. Proceeds will go to FAF.

The weight of the cookie is projected to reach 40,000 pounds or, as Immaculate Baking Co. again points out, the same weight as four elephants or one 40,000-pound bag of feathers.
