My snake's eyes never blue before he sheds.

Is it normal that my carmel/jag's eyes never blue or get cloudy before he sheds? I've watched him carefully over multiple shed cycles, its not a matter of "it's quick and I just didn't notice" He doesn't go blue. My female Jungle does every time but my male Jag don't. Just wondering if that's normal as I thought all snakes eyes blued over and it seems odd that his don't. He has light yellow eyes, not sure if that matters or not, they also don't get a dull color and the eye caps come off with every shed.

All of my carpets go through a "blue" phase during their shed process. My albino is the only one where it's a little hard to tell before she sheds.
