Re: Meet Porkchop
Thanks!
Steve, I wanted to have a nice display setup in my living room, since he's currently my only reptile. I think I need one more piece of decor, like a fake cactus or a skull for dramatic effect. hehe. But I'm pretty happy with it so far.

Re: Meet Porkchop
Beautiful little snake and I love the name. I just knew it was going to be a hognose from the title of your posting.

Re: Meet Porkchop
Thanks everyone! He is due for a feeding. How long should I let him settle in before giving it a shot?

I usually feed my new snakes 2-3 days after they arrive. I know others that wait a full week before attempting to feed.

Re: Meet Porkchop
Many people will feed the same day they get the snake. Feed whenever you want.
