my large male corn snake
hey all, just thought that you should know that my large male corn snake shed last night and the shed skin measures exactly 74 inches long which may mean that i have 1 of the largest captive corn snake i believe. as for his health, hes alot happier since i took him to the vet and hes alot more active and seems to be perfectly fine so im very happy about that

Wow, that is a very long corn! Sheds aren't a very accurate way to measure a snake's length though. Fresh sheds can stretch longer than the actual snake and a dry shed can shrink. Here's a snake measuring app that you may find useful to get a more exact measurement: Serpwidget Snake Measurer. And, yes, some pics would be great

I looked and all I can find is 72 inches as the longest recorded Corn.

hmm mine must be record cause her last shed was 82 inches long lol, probably stretched tho. maybe ill be able to measure her.
