Woma Laid Pics
Well could be better, but could be a lot worse. Woma laid 6 eggs last night, but only 2 are fertile. There is a extremely slim chance on another, but not very likely. If it were a Colubrid egg I would have tossed it too, but being from a Woma one can always hope for a miracle, but I don't think so. You can see the one good egg outside her coils & then the 2 obviously good Vs the 4 obviously infertile in the nesting box for the pic. The reason why she didn't coil the one good one & the one funny egg is I disturbed her in the middle (didn't know she was laying them) & she flipped out & then laid the rest & only coiled them. Just goes to show these rumours of "egg laying trances" etc. aren't always true & you can easily disturb them at that sensitive time. Well this was my first time ever for the Womas so I'm still pretty stoked WOO HOO! Mark

Well congrats on the 2 eggs anyway, certainly hope they'll hatch for you.
Can you give us some details on the female; age, weight, length?
Thanks!

She's a 3 YO & is approx. 4.5 feet in length. I have never weighed her. She was a bit small IMHO but went off food on her own & was eager to breed so wala. She kept really good girth so I'm hoping she decides to start feeding well here again right away. Mark
