Bulge/Stretchmarks?

Our 4-foot burm ate a med-large rat two days ago and is in the process of preparing to shed (so he's all white and pickled-looking). The rat was pre-killed but still moving/jerking some when he ate it. I've attached a couple of pictures of the burm two days later and what almost looks like scratches in his skin? Although the rat didn't seem lively enough to do any damage...? I suppose they could be wrinkles from the way he lays (and lays and lays). Or maybe they're splits in his "old" skin from when he stretched out to eat the rat--

Also, the bulge from the rat seems a little concentrated and bumpy to me so I worry about that as well. Usually the bulge seems to dissipate rather than get more pronounced like this. It just looks odd.

I'm sure I'm worrying about nothing but want to be careful. Any advice? Thanks!
