What kind of snake to get next?

I have experience with RTB's and ball pythons and more recently cal. Kings. I'm thinking about getting something new but not out of my experience level.
I would like something different but easy to care for. Any suggestions??

Rosy boas, sand boas, corn snakes, rat snakes, other king snakes, more ball pythons (my personal favorite ), carpet pythons.....

If this is a priority, get a carpet.

IMHO (some people may not agree *wink wink*) but carpets have 10 times the personality royals have.

My next species will be a garter.

Don't listen to 55 . She is very one dimensional.

They are actually extremely easy to keep, require lower humidity than a ball python, they don't get too big, males 18 - 24 inches, females rarely bigger than 30 inches. The babies can be difficult to get started immediately on f/t, though i have not had that particular issue with my babies. I keep mine on Aspen Bedding, with a water dish. They have truly become my favorite out of all the snakes i currently own.

Here are a few of mine

Plenty of people keep EBs here.. but yeah probably best to stay away from that one lol. Ebs are one of a few elapids here in Oz that I give a wide berth when i bump into them, I never come closer than 6 feet to an EB. The most of the rest of them Meh....

But if you are interested in any aussie pythons let me know I may be able to provide you with some info
