Urgent Help!

Urgent help needed. A friend of mines ackies/ride tailed monitors have escaped they are hatchlings. They are from the same clutch as Popps. Please help on any ideas / ways of finding them.

Put a basking lamp out. Ackies are not snakes. They don't feel the need to always hide.

Even if you see one, its gonna be tough to catch it. They are lightening fast!

Wish you all the luck in finding them, they are experts at hiding!! Maybe you could set some type of trap or something.

setup a glass tank on the floor in the area you lost them in.

fill the tank with a few dozen crickets, so they are very active and moving around.
put a board of some sort leading up the side of the tank on an angle so the ackie can climb up and jump in for the crickets (make sure theres no way to escape once hes in) use a tall 20 gallon tank or something.

Luckily he found them. One was under the track for a door and the other was behind a huge filing cabimet.
