Some Of My Snakes
Taken on my camera phone, but I thought these pictures came out really well
(One of my red-tails: Bonez. The other is one of my Ball Pythons, Joey!)

Re: Some Of My Snakes
Nice looking snakes - but be carefuly with toteing them around in cars. I'm sure someone else will say something, or there are lot's of other threads explaining the dangers/consciquences in this.
Should show us the rest of the crew while you're at it.

Re: Some Of My Snakes
Snakes in cars can be risky, rtbs tend to be pretty mellow for the most part but its still risky.

Re: Some Of My Snakes
Thanks guys! And yeah, lol I can explain the car ride. I know it's dangerous, but red-tails are obviously pretty docile, and the ones he brought in the cars literally just stayed there the whole times (the ball pythons sat on my lap the entire time. They're like puppy dogs! lol)
But we get our snakes at a REALLY super cool place called Scales N' Tails, and they don't really give you anything to bring the snake in to transport home, which is kinda cool. So all the boa's and pythons we've brought home I've just held. Love the looks we get from cars pulling up at the stop light next to us, lol.

Re: Some Of My Snakes
I'd advise you to bring a pillow case/snake bag next time (a dark one they cant see through), car rides can be REALLY stressful to any animal.

Re: Some Of My Snakes
why dont you get a really useful box and line the inside with black craft paper, and just keep it in the car, the box has a lockable lid so no chance of escape and the paper is self explanatory. on top of that, the box can be used as a number of things and not just to transport your herps, but can be used for food for a picnic, safely transport glass (such as jars when shopping), e.t.c.

Re: Some Of My Snakes
Mhm I deff. advice a pillow case. Not only for the stress levels of your snakes, but of the other drivers around you. Yes, those looks probably do good for a laugh, but imagine someone is distracted by you and causes an accident? Toting snakes around in public is how a lot of bans and grudges against us nd our pets get started.
