Hi, would like to introduce myself. I'm Traci and this is my first time posting on this site. I just became a member today. It seems as though I've been bitten by the snake bug and now I'm getting ready to bring one home. I would love to hear suggestions on habitats, any type of snake care and also my main concern: how to introduce my dogs to my snake.
Hey Traci, welcome!
What kind of snake were you thinking about getting? Two very popular snakes with smiple care requirements are the corn snake and the ball python. Both these species have incredible colours and patterns available. There are lots of other snakes you can strat off with easily but these are the most popular
Your dogs and snake will most likely ignore each other depending on what kind of dogs you have and where your tank is located.
Oh, by the way...they are SUPER addictive!

Welcome, and yes, snakes are very addictive. When I bought my first snake, I figured he'd be my only, and now I have over 30 and am setting up to begin breeding. To me, they are beautiful, fascinating creatures. When you bring your new "baby" home, post some pics. It's always great to see everyone's snakes!
