My little zigzag snow girl, now known as Chimera, ate her first meal since I got her today. I have no idea what changed her mind, perhaps she just decided that eating was a good idea. She quickly gobbled down two f/t pinks and now looks very content and happy
great feeling knowing that your new snake is eating - i was lucky in that my 18" snow corn settled in well and took a pinkie after just 2 days in her new home - i was relieved and pleased to say the least !
yea, I was very happy that she ate. My other corn that I got a few days before her (at the nov expo) ate after 2 days and hasnt refused food since. Hopefully this little one will learn from his example and eat well from here on in
Isn't it such a relief???
One of my corns didn't eat the first month I got her, and I was almost sick with worry. I went through about 20 thawed pinkies before she finally shed...... and ate one. Hasn't stopped eating since, she's up to 2 per feeding now.
I don't even think I was that worried when my human kids didn't eat for a few days.
