If caught early enough you can bump the heat up.. But I am not a 100% sure.. I would seriously recommend the vet.

You NEED to take that snake to a vet. It's a respiratory infection and it sounds advanced. Good luck with it!

Yes, but make sure you take it to a vet. It really sounds to me like heat won't be enough in this case.

You need X-rays to see how deep the infection goes. Until then turn up heat to around 92 Degrees and humidity up to 60% like a suana but this is only for relief now sounds like it has gone to far.......they will give u a perscription for either Betrol or Fortez(new drug-way better) that has to be injected on a scedualed basis and smells like dog poo! This is extremely hard on your Burm but nessecary to help! Unfortunately many experts I have consulted on this believe this is an uncurable infection and medication given might either push it into submission for awhile or cause your snake more pain and suffering. Most of the vet's and experts I have dicussed this with have agrred that if your snake has RI it will indefenitly die from it. But that's their opinion! I breed burm's many types, sizes and ages and have cured RI on more than one occasion-but only when caught in earlier stages. I hope for you the best for I hate to hear of any snake suffer, good luck and would appeciate hearing how it goes, K!
