Lance... upload the picture to the photo gallery. after the pic is uploaded it will show you your picture. Right click on the picture and select properties. highlight the path to the image hit the cntrl and c button at the same time that cuts the path, then in your message click on the IMG button and hit the ctrl and v buttons to paste the path to the image! it sounds alot harder then it is.. once you do it once you will think its a breeze!

If the image is under 50k you can just use the attach image field and upload it from your computer. That works for showing one image at a time.
