Womas are Doing It!!!
My oldest pair of Womas have been hunger striking since the beginning of summer, but despite not wanting to feed have been very restless. My female just shed so I thought what the heck & threw them together last night. A lot of tail twiching etc. but no action. They showed no aggression so I decided to leave them. When I checked before bed no action, but they were at least lying together so I figured I'd leave them & introduce another male today when I maybe had an extra set & hands around to help in case the 3 of them went ballistic LOL When I checked this Am both where lying together still & much to my delight were "Locked Up" or definitely appeared to be from what I could see without disturbing them. WOO HOO!!! I've been waiting a couple of years to see this Mark
P.S. Favelle, Ryan & Katie have you tried anything yet?

Very cool!
I think we're going to try to wait until next month but you're making it difficult to hold out....
Good Luck! We've got our fingers crossed for you...

Oustanding!!!!
I haven't even begun cycling, and the females are eating like CRAZY!! You have to remember, its still almost 20 degrees Celsius out here. Its like summer. Tanks and shorts still. All the females ate last night, with 2 eating TWO large/jumbo rats each. I think I may make that the last meal, crank the heat, and possibly start cycling Nov. 1st. That's the gameplan for now. I'm not holding my breath though. Getting Woma eggs would be TOO good to be true! LOL!

THX again everyone. Well seperated them after a few days & tried feeding. Male zero interest & conned the female into 2 adult mice & that was a chore. Was feeding rats the other day & again zero interest from either one, but both were as restless as ever so back together again & doing the nasty almost right away. Female is totally receptive within seconds of the male entering her cage. She flicks her tail like crazy & goes around with it in the air with her butt hanging out spreading her scent to entice him. It takes him a little bit to clue in but they have been locked up 3 times for sure in the last 2 days. I'm going to try her with another male as well & hopefully he'll get some too WOO HOO! Now if only I could get the pair to eat, one track minds I tell ya what LOL. Mark
