It sounds like a respiratory infection, is she breathing with her mouth open at all? Should it be a respiratory infection, you will need to raise the temperatures and seek veterinary assistance, so that they can prescribe an antibiotic, most likely Baytril.

she doesnt breath open mouthed. i dont know if she had a drink. she ate 4 days ago and it was her biggest meal ever, definately her maximum sized food item. i will raise temps and talk to the vet. any other suggestions? thanx all

If she just had a drink before you picked her up they will often regurg the water (stained with stomach content) if handled - a reflex thing that just makes it easier for them to get away if they needed to. It can be quite alarming because it is often so much volume. I would keep an eye on her, but not get too worried at this point -
