Exclamation AFT Pics

Meet Oreo.. not a very fat tail, for those of you who know of her case, she had stopped eating for about 6 months (we had to hand feed her) she recently started up on her own again and is now doing great!!

comments? questions? horoscopes?

Glad to see Oreo healthy. I remember you posting about her when she was having those digestion/eating problems. I can't remember what the diagnosis was though. Was the cause ever discovered?

I'll take some pics of my AFTs and add them to my reply.

Thanks

-Adam

Hey Adam,
No no diagnosis.. they gave me a powder to increase the dirgestive enzymes and it seemed to do the trick. I am just really happy that she is on the way to becoming a very healthy fat tail!

Well, I'm glad it all worked out for you and Oreo. Here's those pics I said I would take. I hope you enjoy.

A normal female.

A light coloured female.

A 66% possible het. for amelanistic (notice the happy face on her yellow band)

A light coloured striped male. He's mad that I disturbed him, but promptly went back to sleep.

Thanks! The one with the happy face is named "Baby" because she is just sooooo nice to hold. These pics are of four of my AFTs, the other four I let rest tonight. The striped male that is pictured is the best eater of any gecko I've ever seen. He pounds back 7 to 9 large crickets at every feeding easily and would take more if he could! I hope to have many many eggs and hatchlings next spring. I have a group with diverse genetics and it will be interesting to see what turns out. I'm glad you like the pics!
