Regarless of weight, if she was hatched in September, I'd consider her too young. She might be the right weight, but not old enough. At that age, it's still possible for her to grow more, and her body organs (particularly reproductive organs) might not be matured enough yet. Even if she does lay eggs if mated, it's not necessarily good for her. First time breeders have enough problems without factoring in problems from breeding too young.
Just my opnion, nothing more. I'd wait until the next breeding season. It's safer for her, you won't be losing her to a 'teenage pregnancy'.
