Leo on the loose!
Well last night around 11 o' clock i had turned off the t.v. and started to go to sleep. about 5 mins later i hear a bang from what i though was inside my leo's tank. i though that maybe one of the branches had fallen over so i popped the lid off of it to make sure my two leos werent hurt. well i couldnt find my male leo Sketchy anywhere! i started to think "How the heck did he get out of here?" well i took everything out of the enclosure and completely cleaned out my room without waking my parents. i looked for at least two hours before i found him hiding under the register that runs across the bottom of my wall and behind my computer. by the time i found him it was 1 o' clock in the morning on a school night. man i was sooo tired when i woke up this morning for school at 6:30. i was going to post this earlier but i was too busy trying to fogure out how to post the pic of my female. but i sure am happy that i found him before my 3 dogs did

Dark Angel, yes i did figure out how he got out. there are 2 round holes in the lid for running the wires from UHT and heat rocks. i have one of those hanging lagoons which he likes to lay in sometimes. well i forgot to put the plug back in it and he figured out how to climb out. but i lowered the lagoon so he cant reach it any longer and am making sure the plug is never out.

Thats such a bad idea for the lid? If you had a snake, he'd be gone in two seconds!

UTH are Under Tank Heaters, they are suppose to be outside the tank, not inside, so don't know why the heck you said you don't use uth,??? they are not suppose to be in the tank

thats what i was thinking when i first purchased everything from my dads friend for $20. he said he just put it under the substrate which is repti carpet and he ran the wire out of the hole. he was using this tank for an iguana so i dont know if he really knew what was up.
