I Did It Again.....
Last week, I came home with yet another invert. I am now the proud mother of a baby Emperor Scorpion. The gender is of course yet undetermined (is there a way to sex them when they're still babies?). I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I can.

Yay! You finally got him!
Good luck with him I'm sure that he's a gorgeous baby and that he'll grow up to be a gorgeous adult. Congrats!

I haven't named it yet, I will when I get a better idea of the gender or when I can come up with a good unisex name for it. I did name my baby rose hair T "Emily" though after Miss Fisher here.

I guess I can jump in since I live with this Scorp too.
Jeff - We picked it up from the pet store we both work at. Owner gave us a good deal.
Believe it or not, despite my extreme fear of spiders, I'm quite excited about the scorpion. I've always wanted to own an Empy, since childhood. Of course, convincing the 'rents to let me have one was a definite no-go. I still won't handle the scorp because of my allergies to insect/invert venom, but I love watching the little guy chase pinhead crickets. It's a riot.

Ha ha congrads. Man it took me months to convince Julie that three spiders were better then two. But I guess it is much easier for a girl to convince a guy.
