Question Feeding babys

how do you all feed your new babies? i want to give some of the babyfood/T-Rex gecko mix. do i use an eye dropper or a dish? i also have crickets, but they are coming across the country and will have a stressful trip so i want to rehydrate them with babyfood. they are supposed to be 3 inches long. but i am not sure if that means counting the tail or from head to butt. Thanks, Colleen

Mine were about 3 inches when I purchased them on July 6th...I feed them pinhead crickets, and left a dish of baby food in the tank every other night. At first my Cresties were shy feeders, Now they do spectacular tricks to catch their crickets. It's really cute when they eat the baby food. Althought I have only seen my fire morph eat it once the day I bought him or her. They usually eat alone in the dark.

The first day they arrive, I would suggest giving a side of their cage a good spray, and then leave them alone overnight. The next day try a few tiny crickets, however, not to many to start. Also, try feeding the babyfood, or babyfood mix off of your finger. It's a great way to get to know your new pet have fun, and be sure to post some pics!
