Unhappy 60 days old egg, shrinking :( !!!! HELP !

My two first eggs are 60 days old today and yesterday one of the tow which was the day before full like a water balloon, now seems to have been puctured.

I think that the baby may now be ready to come out and has ponctured the egg from the inside to get out.

How long should I leave it like that ? I don't see the head..
Should I try and help him by creating a small crack in the egg ?
Their doesn't seem to have any movement, could the baby be dead ?

Please help, these is my first eggs ever...

I've heard it's you can do damage to the babies by trying to "assist" the hatching. Not an experienced breeder myself I couldn't really say what you should do about it. But it seems far enough along that there isn't much you can do anyway. But I don't know. Hopefully someone else will be of better assistance than I.
